By creating a Propel account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Propel is a marketing automation platform that helps small businesses qualify a marketing goal, build and launch advertising campaigns across Google and Meta, build websites and landing pages, and follow up with leads via an integrated CRM with automated SMS and email sequences.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Propel is offered on Basic, Professional, and Agency subscription tiers, each with a free trial period. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and is billed through Stripe. Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Overage on tier-limited features (such as landing page count) is blocked until you upgrade.
Where you connect your own Google Ads or Meta Ads account, you are responsible for funding that account directly with the platform. Propel acts as an authorized manager of your ad accounts and does not hold or transmit your advertising funds. A management fee applies to ad spend managed through Propel, as described on your billing page.
Propel uses AI to draft ad copy, website content, social posts, and lead follow-up messages. You are responsible for reviewing and approving this content before it is published or sent, where Propel presents it for approval. Where you enable autonomous features (such as ongoing campaign optimization), Propel will make changes without per-action approval, within the guardrails described in the product.
If you use Propel's SMS follow-up features, you are responsible for ensuring lawful collection of consent from your leads, consistent with applicable law (including TCPA). Propel provides consent-capture tooling, opt-out handling, and quiet-hours enforcement as part of the service, but you remain responsible for how your business uses these features.
You agree not to use Propel to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or in a way that violates Google's, Meta's, or any connected platform's advertising or content policies.
You retain ownership of your business content and the lead data collected through your campaigns. You grant Propel a license to use that content and data solely to provide the service to you.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse connected advertising platforms.
Propel is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific advertising results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propel's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
